NO-GO™ BENCH GRINDER SAFETY GAUGE

ODIZ Patented USA Made No-Go™ Bench Grinder Safety gauge will help keep your company compliant with OSHA Section 1910.215. Our practical design and low cost makes this a must have for every grinder in every shop.

Options:

• Steel Tether – Permanent 18″ steel wire attachment secures to the base of the grinder and ensures that the gauge will not get lost.
• Magnet – Strong neodymium magnet allows flexible mounting options and makes it practical to give each worker their own gauge.

Directions:

The No Go™Bench Grinder Safety Gauge should be used prior to starting the bench grinder in order to confirm the correct spacing per OSHA 29CRF1910.215(a)(4). One end of the “No-Go™Grinder Safety Gauge” is one-eighth of an inch to test the gap of the bench grinder’s bottom tool rest. The other end of the “No-Go™Grinder Safety Gauge” is one-fourth of an inch to test the gap of the bench grinder’s top adjustable tongue guard. If the do gauge doesn’t slip into the gap, they you are GO! If the gauge does fit into the gap, then you are a NO-GO and the grinder should be adjusted before use.

We highly recommending tethering the needed adjustment tools to the grinder as well.
